How does Wipe Data function work?

If both “Physical” and “Wipe Data” security features are enabled, in the event of a physical theft and/or tampering occurred, the X-PHY® SSD will go into a locked state. Additionally, when the X-PHY® AI Embedded Cyber Secure SSD is reconnected to the laptop and powered on, all data including the operating system (OS) are purged at a binary level. This process ensures that even Flexxon cannot recover the data. The X-PHY® Guard PC Application also offers a "rapid purge" function similar to the Wipe Data feature, that is located in the General Settings and requires manual activation. The Rapid Purge can be performed on both primary and secondary X-PHY® AI Embedded Cyber Secure SSD.
